Messenger Registration

Churches may nominate 3 people per church to represent the church at the annual meeting. Only registered messengers will be allowed to vote at the meeting. All others are invited to attend and observe the proceedings. Church who are on file as having made a financial contribution during the 2025 financial year are eligible to register messengers.

Please note that starting in 2026 churches will be allowed to register 1 messenger per every $1000 contributed by the church. This will allow proportional representation commiserate with a churches financial faithfulness to the CVBA.
