While anyone from our association’s churches is encouraged and welcome to join us for the meeting, churches are encouraged to register up to 3 church members per church to represent their church at the special called meeting. Messengers should be selected and approved by each church according to their respective Constitution & Bylaws. Only registered messengers will be allowed to participate in floor discussions and vote at the meeting. All others are invited to attend and observe the proceedings.

We kindly ask that any other attendees to the meeting, not already registered as Messengers, please RSVP so we can plan food accordingly. You can submit as many names as you want on the RSVP form, just submit it more than once. Thank you.
