FSBC of Waterford, California is searching for a Senior Pastor who will lead us in biblical truth and exercise shepherd - like leadership through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The ideal pastoral candidate shall be a graduate of a Southern Baptist seminary or “The Master’s” seminary (eligible to apply within one semester of completion). The candidate shall fulfill the Biblical qualifications of 1 Tim. 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9 as well as adhere to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message. The candidate must be detail oriented with experience and proficiency in Administration of the Church.

We believe the man God calls to Pastor our congregation should possess strengths in the following areas: expository preaching and teaching of scripture, applying scripture to the needs of the congregation, providing leadership to the staff, committees, and ministries of the church. The candidate must have a passion to Preach and Teach to both young and old in following Jesus and equip them to share the Gospel.
